Yes, you can do so up to 30 days before the trip if the activity you want to switch to has availability. For the payment:
- If the activity you’re switching to is cheaper than the original one: we will give you a refund of the difference.
- If the activity you’re switching to is more expensive than the original one: we will add a payment of the difference on We Travel
Please send us your request through our ticketing platform by choosing "I want to make a change/purchase/cancellation/transfer of a package or activity or I need a refund" and then "Switch activity".
