Can I switch from one activity to another?

Yes, you can do so up to 30 days before the trip if the activity you want to switch to has availability. For the payment:

  1. If the activity you’re switching to is cheaper than the original one: we will give you a refund of the difference.
  2. If the activity you’re switching to is more expensive than the original one: we will add a payment of the difference on We Travel


Please send us your request through our ticketing platform by choosing "I want to make a change/purchase/cancellation/transfer of a package or activity or I need a refund" and then "Switch activity".
