Can I transfer a package to another traveler?

Yes, you can do so up to 30 days before the start of the trek and there won’t be any penalty. 

If you booked through Tour Hero, you can send the transfer request following these steps. 

Keep in mind that if the price has increased, you can request us a discount code for the other person to “buy” the same type of package, deducting this amount or the value you’ve already paid. Remember VAOVA is not responsible for the transaction/payment between the two travelers.
