Can I transfer a package to another traveler?

Yes, you can do so up to 30 days before the start of the trek and there won’t be any penalty. We would create a discount code for the other person to “buy” the same type of package, deducting the value you’ve already paid. Remember VAOVA is not responsible for the transaction/payment between the two travelers. 

Please send us your request through our ticketing platform by choosing the option "I want to make a change/ purchase/ cancellation/ transfer of a package or activity or I need a refund" and then "Transfer package".
