Is there a VAOVA team permanently stationed at the hotels during the trek?

Yes! You'll find a VAOVA stand in the lobby of each hotel. This is where you check in for the trek, receive your Welcome Kit and wristband (which allows you to participate in the various activities during the trip), get help with the VAOVApp, and approach them if you have any questions, requests, changes, purchases, or anything else you might need.
