When will VAOVApp take place?

You will receive an email with the credentials to join the VAOVApp. A few days before the trek you will receive an email to know how/when the process to select should be. Then, you will have 5 days to choose who your roommate is, your type of accommodation, what hotel you will be staying at and the flight(s) you will take.

Try to do it as soon as possible to get your desired option since spots are assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
