Can I downgrade from the Cardinal to the Basic package?

Yes, you can do so up to 30 days before the trip. The refund for the downgrade is the difference between the packages of the stage in which you originally bought it. 


Please send us your request through our ticketing platform by choosing the option "I want to make a change/purchase/cancellation/transfer of a package or activity or I need a refund" and then  “Upgrades/downgrades”.
