How can I request to transfer my package on Tour Hero?

You can follow the steps below:

1. Log into your TourHero account www.tourhero.com

2. Click on your profile picture

3. On the drop down list select "Your trips"

4. Select your trek

5. Scroll all that way down

6. Click on the "Transfer" button

7. Fill the information of the person receiving the package

Keep in mind that the person who is going to receive the package will receive an email with the invitation for the transfer. It will expire in 3 days

In case the price has changed, please confirm us and we will issue a discount code if necessary
