Can I downgrade from the Long to the Short package?

Yes, you can do so but the policy is divided into three stages as below: 


60 or more days before the trip

There is no penalty and the price of the refund is the complete difference between the two packages of the same stage in which you originally bought it.

Between 59 and 30 days before the trip

We will keep the price of the same stage in which you originally bought the package but it will have a penalty for:

  1. The domestic flight(s) 

  2. The number of fewer nights


Therefore, the amount of the refund will be: the difference between the packages minus the penalty.

29 or less days before the trip



Not allowed



Please send us your request through our ticketing platform by choosing the option "I want to make a change/purchase/cancellation/transfer of a package or activity or I need a refund" and then  “Upgrades/downgrades”.
