We understand that many unexpected situations can happen before the trip, so please submit your cancellation request (with as much detail as possible) through our ticketing platform: choose the option “I want to make a change/purchase/cancellation/transfer of a package or activity or I need a refund” and then “Cancel trip for personal reasons” or “Cancel trip due to other reasons (health, visa)”.
Our Customer Service team will study your situation and let you know if you’re eligible (or not) for a partial or total refund.
