If I am currently in the process of renewing my passport, how can I update my passport information on Tour Hero once I receive the new one?

You can follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your TourHero account www.tourhero.com

2. Click on your profile picture

3. On the dropdown list select "Edit profile"

4. Click on the blue navy "Edit" button in the information they want to change/update

Please keep in mind that you must notify us the change of your passport details. We are able to make this update up to 15 days before the start of the trip so we can issue your flights tickets and hotels reservations with the correct information!
