Trip Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is divided into three stages, as you can see below:

60 days or more before the start of the trip	100% refund of the package price excluding a $300 USD service fee.
Between 59 and 30 days before the start of the trip	60% refund of the package price (40% penalty). If you have only paid the deposit, no refunds will be issued.
29 days or less before the trip	No refunds will be issued.
