Our cancellation policy is divided into three stages, as you can see below:
- Up to 60 days before the beginning of the trip, you can cancel and receive a full refund excluding a service fee of $300 USD
- Between 59 and 30 days before the beginning of the trip, you can cancel and receive a 60% refund of the total package cost, excluding activities and extra services. If you have only paid the deposit, no refund will be issued.
- 29 or less days before the beginning of the trip, no refunds will be issued.
