My Colombian visa was rejected. Can I cancel my trek?

Our cancellation policy for rejected Colombian visas is divided into three stages, as you can see below:

30 days or more before the start of the trip	100% refund of the package price excluding a $300 USD service fee.
Between 29 and 20 days before the start of the trip	60% refund of the package price (40% penalty). If you have only paid the deposit, no refunds will be issued.
19 days or less before the trip	No refunds will be issued.

*For this policy to be valid, the original visa rejection response issued by the Chancellery must be provided.
