In the event that the visa is inadmissible or still under review until 48 hours before the start of the trek and the traveler wishes to cancel the trip, there will be a 40% refund of the package price and 100% refund of optional activities.
*For this policy to be valid, the traveler must send proof the visa application was started at least 25 days before the start of the trek.
**The issuance and management of the travel visa is the sole responsibility of the traveler. However, VAOVA is available to provide guidance and support for any questions or concerns.
