Can I cancel my trip for personal reasons or other reasons (health, visa)?

We understand that unexpected situations can arise before your trip, so please submit your cancellation request with as much detail as possible. Our team will review your case and inform you whether you are eligible for a partial or full refund.


*The refund amount and approval are subject to review by the Customer Service team. Certificates will not be accepted after the trip has ended, and if we do not receive the certificate, the general trip cancellation policy will apply.
