I have not received a refund for an activity. What should I do?

If an activity was cancelled by VAOVA or you cancelled it during the time permitted and haven't received the refund, please send us your request (with all the details about the refund) through our ticketing platform: choose the option “I want to make a change/purchase/cancellation/transfer of a package or activity or I need a refund” and then “Pending refunds”.
